Clinician and Advocate
With a unique perspective shaped by my own learning disabilities, including ADHD, I bring a wealth of professional expertise in education and health policy, grant review, as well as research, evaluation, and treatment of children with speech, language, and reading disorders.
My passion lies in advocating for those who are not able to do so for themselves, leveraging my diverse background – both personally and professionally – to make a meaningful impact in the field of special education and child development.
What Makes Me Unique
I use my personal and professional experiences to provide a bridge among families, providers, educators, and advocates that facilitates the understanding of and communication about the needs of children with speech, language, and reading disorders. 02
Facilitate the understanding of appropriate speech, language, and reading services (school and outpatient) to advocates, attorneys, families, and providers.
03
Facilitate understanding of educational and life challenges for children with speech, language, and reading disorders for advocates, attorneys, families, and providers.
04
Facilitate communication and understanding of challenges faced accessing services (educational and outpatient) among families and providers.
05
Educate advocates, attorneys, families, and providers about speech, language, and reading disorders.
