A specialized health insurance program designed for people with serious, expensive pre-existing medical conditions. These were mostly used before the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) made it illegal for standard insurance companies to deny coverage based on a person’s medical history.

My passion lies in advocating for those who are not able to do so for themselves, leveraging my diverse background – both personally and professionally – to make a meaningful impact in the field of special education and child development.
